Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on selected locations with a small handling fee.
Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order.

3. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, holidays, or natural events).
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If you do not receive it within 5 days of ordering, please reach out to our support team.
